About 2nd Day Air UPS Shipping


All orders are shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. We ship using UPS 2nd Day Air service. For orders less than the 8 pound minimum, the following boxing, shipping and handling fees apply:

Shipping charges are added to your order prior to charging your credit card. They DO NOT appear on your online shopping cart order. We will send an e-mail to you with the total amount (merchandise + shipping) of your order.

 

When Do We Ship and When
Can You Expect To Get Your Order

Our 2nd-Day Delivery orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

In most cases, if you place your order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your shipment will go out Monday for delivery to your address on Tuesday.

Please note- All orders are shipped via UPS and in most cases will be left at your door unless you request otherwise. UPS will not leave packages at a business or packages insured for over $300 without a signature, so pay close attention to the e-mail you receive about shipping and delivery. You can call us at 907-235-8885 anytime if you have questions about delivery.

If your ORDER TOTALS $175 or more, we will contact you by telephone prior to delivery. On orders under $175.00 you will be sent an e-mail shipping notice, or in the event you do not supply an e-mail address when you order, we will simply ship without notice.

Shipping Containers
All orders are shipped in insulated Shipping Boxes and are packed with Dry Ice or Gel Ice. Your seafood products should arrive in a semi-frozen state or chilled. In the event your product is thawed, but still cold, it is fine. Just place in your freezer ASAP.
