**THE BEST FISHING LODGE IN ALASKA**

Looking for a great place to fish and enjoy your surroundings?
Chautauqua Lodge is nestled on the bluff with a magnificent view overlooking the Cook Inlet, allowing our guest complete privacy.
Chautauqua Lodge is located 180 miles south of Anchorage. Our location allows access to six major fishing rivers on the Kenai Peninsula: Russian, a must see if you have never witnessed combat fishing, Kenai, where the largest recorded King Salmon was caught, weighting over 98 pounds, Kasilof, a beautiful glacier fed river, giving the water a turquoise hue, Ninilchik, Deep Creek, and Anchor Rivers.
All of these rivers empty into the icy pristine waters of the Cook Inlet, where salt water fishing takes place.
The Kenai, Russian and Kasilof Rivers begin as glacier lakes, where the Sockeye Salmon, better known as Reds, spawn at the end of their run. These are the fishing sources which surround Chautauqua Lodge. World ren owned wild salmon, well-known for its rich flavor, firm texture, brilliant color, and hearty healthy Omega 3 oils, come from these pristine waters.
The Halibut which comes from the Cook Inlet surprises even the seasoned fishermen standards with its elusive clarity and great taste. You will find at Chautauqua Lodge, exceptionally high standards for quality and service.
